On Site HR Support

Mostly we provide HR support to our Clients remotely with the help of phones and email plus technology such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams and this enables us to support Small Business Owners across  the whole of the UK.

However, we recognise there may be times when a Client would benefit from having an HR Consultant on site.  Perhaps there is a complex potential disciplinary case that needs to be investigated by somebody impartial; or maybe you need to interview for a new senior level role.

Our HR Consultants are happy to attend your premises to provide on site HR support and advice on an ad hoc basis if required.

Some of our larger Clients have got to the stage of requiring part-time HR presence on site, perhaps during a redundancy consultation process or even longer term.  They aren't ready to take the costs of employing someone directly to manage the HR and an HR Consultant is often the ideal solution.
